1. Eligibility for Returns
What Can Be Returned?
- Unused Products: Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused (seals intact) within 14 days of delivery.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund.
- Exceptions: Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics (e.g., lipsticks, foundations) cannot be returned unless defective.
Excluded Items
- Final sale items (marked as “non-returnable”).
- Products purchased from third-party sellers (we only process returns for items sold directly by Qibest Official Store).
2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Return Shipment
- Customers Outside the USA:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
- Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., DHL, UPS) and retain proof of postage.
- Customers in the USA:
- Free return labels may be provided for eligible returns (determined on a case-by-case basis).
Step 3: Inspection and Processing
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it within 5 business days.
- Refund: If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchange: If you request an exchange, we will ship the new item once the return is processed.
3. Refund Terms
- Full Refunds: Granted for defective items, incorrect orders, or eligible unused products.
- Partial Refunds: May apply if an item is returned in a non-resalable condition (e.g., opened without defect).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Payment Method Restrictions
